            Late Registration:         $149 (after 9/22/08)

*Registration fee includes the Networking Luncheon on Monday, Oct. 6.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund of registration fee until September 25, 2008

Accommodations: The beautiful Embassy Suites Hotel is located in Dublin, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus.  The discounted hotel rates are $129.99 per night for a two-room suite.  The price includes a full made-to-order breakfast.  Contact the hotel directly at 1-800-362-2779 or 614-790-9000 to reserve your room.  Mention you are attending the National Conference on Innovation.  The deadline to receive the discounted rate is September 14.  Make your room reservations directly with the hotel.  Registration fee does not include hotel accommodations or meals.
