Michael Lindsay, is a sociologist who specializes in issues surrounding leadership, religion, and culture. The author of several books (including the bestseller, Faith in the Halls of Power), scholarly articles, and research reports, Lindsay conducted the nation’s largest and most comprehensive study of public leaders who are people of faith. Michael has worked for the Gallup Institute as a researcher, author, public speaker and consultant. He has co-written two books with George Gallup, based on research he helped organize: Surveying the Religious Landscape: Trends in U.S. Beliefs and The Gallup Guide: Reality Check for 21st Century Churches. Michael is an ordained pastor, and holds an M.Div., and Ph.D., from Princeton.
